Computational Macroeconomics (MW21.9)

  • Students of the program M.Sc. Economics, ERASMUS students
  • This course teaches students how to use state of the art methods to analyze business
    cycle dynamics. The goal is to develop practical research skills so that, at the end of the
    course, students should be able to solve linear rational expectation models using MATLAB
    and Dynare.
  • The exercise sessions will be held by Lars Other and Josefine Quast.

  • Please Note: The course is not implemented in Friedolin yet. However, the course will take place in the winter term 2018/19. If you are interested in the course, just attent the first class where all organizational details regarding the course will be clarified.

  • Lecture: Monday, 10.15 - 11.45 am, PC Pool B (starting 14.10.19).

  • Exercise Session: Wednesday, 4.15 - 5.45 pm, PC Pool B (starting 16.10.19).
